One to One Media Training

Making the Media Work For You

Are you nervous about an upcoming radio or television interview? Being interviewed for a newspaper article? Or any kind of media appearance? Maybe you need to speak as part of a corporate or training video. Whatever is making you panic, don’t worry. I’ll have worked with people in that situation before and helped them find the right way through it.

Preparation is everything. Roy Keane put it very simply. ‘Fail to prepare, prepare to fail’. But how do you prepare properly? It’s not about learning off lines. It’s not about practicing with your friends or colleagues.

You need to practice with someone who spent 20 years as a journalist asking the hard questions. That’s the only way you’ll get the confidence and the verbal ammunition you need. Practicing with me, you’ll get to try out answers in a safe environment and listen to how they sound.
Better still, I’ll tell you how your answers sound, and what messages you’re conveying. I’ll suggest other approaches for you to try. And we keep practicing until you feel confident to face the music.

If that’s what you need, give me a call. You’ll be glad you did!
